I recently found these gorgeous photos of Mount barker Waldorf Schools Kindergarten, isn't it just beautiful!
It looks so homey I could live there! You know, if the tables were a little taller...:) I adore the beautiful wood work details and the hanging herbsthe sweet kitchen
fresh corn ready to be served and little mugs
a serious grain grinder!
a seasonal display
natural toys
a rainbow of wool
little Waldorf puppet dolls. I do love the stitch detail on that mans little knitted sweater
sweet mobiles by the window
Thanks so much to Kai Schmidt for letting me share these fantastic photos he took! I also have photos of the play garden which I will share next post, so as this post doesn't get ridiculously long.

the first photo I saw I said "wow" t is just so beautiful to go to school there you would not want to have holidays such beautiful surroundings Karen I am so pleased you shared these photos with us and have fun when you are going there.
ReplyDeleteWhile I am very happy to be able to homeschool my children, I must say that if I had to send them off to school, it would be very nice indeed to send them to a space as lovely as that one! I always enjoy seeing pictures of Waldorf schools, sadly there are none close to us. When you do get over for a tour or the seasonal fairs, be sure to take lots of photos to share with us!!
ReplyDeleteOh how lovely I am ready to enroll 38 isn't too old to go back to kindergarden is it?
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! What lucky kids that go to that school! Waldorf school fairs are amazing, you'll be so glad you went to one!
ReplyDeleteHi Karen!
ReplyDeleteI know this does not relate to the above topic, but I noticed a while back that you mentioned your Opa's babi kecap. I have been wanting to make this for ages, but I am having a hard time finding a recipe that looks as good as what was on your plate. Would your Opa be willing to share his recipe?
Thanks. Take care.
Micheala
