in which case i would still look after them at my new house! would that not be the most awesome thing in the world?
my fingers are so incredibly crossed, please cross yours too for me
gosh the thought of still having them is exciting.
so anyway, it appears that photos of the house will be in dribs and drabs as i seem to get there and be so buisy cleaning, arranging, decorating, gardening, hugging benny in excitement and daydreaming of new house adventures to come (mostly the garden, i have some good plans forming:)
which will work well because the longer i wait to put pics, the more pretty the photographed space will be!
as you can see the most important piece of furniture is in, my craft table complete with paints, sewing stuff, pic of two nuddie beach bums (me and lil aprox 18 years ago. my favourite photo in the world, oh our free spirits..and free everything else he he ill show the photo when it and my scanner are under the same roof again)

im making a veggie patch behind the other plants. slowly scabbing rocks from a rubbish pile at the back of the property to make into a spiral pathway.

i am looking so forward to some sleeping over guests, my awesome cousin lil is coming for the weekend and then hopefully aj early next week.
i am also excited to have family day care visit next tuesday to let me know what needs to be done to approve the house for day care.

Still so exciting over here! and great to see more pictures. My fingers are all crossed for you!
ReplyDeleteoh, wow, that looks like a lovely place-lots of potential (ie: bare space to put your own stamp on it!) i bet you can't wait to get plants in to that huge garden.
ReplyDeletesmall world too, my parents-in-law just bought a place in port wakefield (well about 9months ago now, but still, that's pretty recent), the town is lovely, everyone is really friendly and welcoming, you'll love it.
i work as a fashion slave. trained as a designer, but working in QA (quality assurance) and production atm. dull as feck. not inspiring wahtsoever. love the company, great people, but just no ladder to climb to get where i want to be alas. hence going to start my own line next yr after the spawn is born. you sound like you really love childcare, hope you get some good kids in your new area. good luck!
Hey hey,i have good and bad news. Bad news first... they totally screwed my roster and i have to work all day Monday! Devo i know. Good news is that i got a call last night asking if i could start at 7am instead, just have to discuss is with my boss today. If i got to start early i would finish about 2pm. I could leave straight from work and stay till Tuesday night. I know its not a lot of time but i'de get to check out your place and hang out with the coolest sister in the world (aka you lol)
ReplyDeleteIll find out today and let you asap xx hope it works out :)
that is very exciting news! so many new beginnings can leave your head in a twirl, but to have some old links (aka the twins) as well would make it seem like a much smoother transition! and they would totally create a pecking order for all your new charges ;)
ReplyDeletehope you enjoyed your weekend with my lil sister - she said you came down sick on saturday? bummer!
you'll be down for christmas eve though, right? mum's working, so she may have to leave early, but i'm still so excited!
wow - hope the twin thing works out - it will be nice to have a bit of familiarity in your life.
ReplyDeletesuch exciting beginnings - it's so much fun to nest in a new home. hope you and benny have great times in your new place.
