while i was knitting the ben was doing this... (putting spare sock knitting needles through his earing holes. strange man but i love him:) i finished knitting my pair of socks and then an arm band as requested for benny. hes a bit in love with the softness of bamboo yarn. me too
i know, i wore them for like half an hour and then had to take them off:( i will enjoy them so much... in like 6 months time:) but i mostly did them to learn a bit more about knitting so i can knit more than just garter stich. mission complete, i now look at simple patterns and know what their on about, yay!
i think you will be fine.....if you can knit socks!!!! tomorrow is going to be a scorcher. louis has his first school visit. he's pretty excited - in a sometimes scared sort of way! lol l x
wow, how grown up is louis getting! tell him i say good luck:) i hope he loves it (im sure he will, how fun was starting school, feeling all clever to be learning yet still doing lots of playing) i remember my first school visit, getting to go see the big kids that used to be at kindy, lots of fun. it was being stuck there for the next 7 years that i wasnt so keen on ha ha
wow - two socks. and yet it's 32C - so not really sock weather! they look great though.
